Sam Lavasani is the founder and driving force behind Sigma Home, a leader in Toronto home improvements. With over 15 years of experience in the renovation and construction industry, Sam has successfully managed and executed a diverse range of projects across Toronto and the GTA — from small remodels to full-scale residential and commercial builds.

His journey in the renovation and construction field began at a young age while working at Home Depot, where he developed a passion not just for products but for the craft of construction itself. Eager to expand his knowledge, Sam earned multiple certifications and licenses over the years — including in HVAC services, gas piping, and home renovation — giving him a strong technical foundation and a sharp eye for detail.

What sets Sam apart is his hands-on approach. He’s not just a project manager; he’s a builder, a planner, and a partner to his clients. Over time, he has built a trusted network of skilled contractors, tradespeople, and suppliers who share his commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism.
