Sam Lavasani is the founder and driving force behind Sigma Home. With over 15 years of experience in the renovation and construction industry, Sam has managed and executed a wide range of successful projects across Toronto and the GTA — from small remodels to full-scale residential and commercial builds.

His journey began at a young age, working at Home Depot, where he developed a passion not just for products, but for the craft of construction itself. Driven to learn and grow, Sam earned multiple certifications and licenses over the years — including in HVAC, gas piping, and home renovation — giving him a strong technical foundation and a sharp eye for detail.

What sets Sam apart is his hands-on approach. He’s not just a project manager — he’s a builder, a planner, and a partner to his clients. Over time, he built a trusted network of skilled contractors, tradespeople, and suppliers who share his commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism.

Today, Sam leads Sigma Home with the same passion and purpose he started with — helping clients improve their homes and properties with expert advice, trusted service, and craftsmanship they can count on.
